Human Resource Building is the framework for helping freshers and employees develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. Human Resource Development includes such opportunities as their training, their career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring succession planning, key person identification, tuition assistance, and organization development.
Neural organizes three Human Resource Building Programs in a year in which company employees and freshers can be involved, these Programs are:
- Technical Training Program (TTP) – For Employees, Future Employees and Freshers .
- Company Training Program (CTP) – For Future Employees and Freshers.
- Induction Programs – For Future Employees and Freshers.
Technical Training Program (TTP)
TTP is a thirty days technical training program that is designed to aware participants against new technologies of IT market. It works like a recharge capsule for participants, they finds better logical thinking, more punctual schedule for project completion and more advance ways of development.Company Employees and Future employees can participate in TTP, In some special cases freshers can also participate in that program. Company organize TTP twice in a year at the month of May and November.
Company Training Program (CTP)
CTP is a three month technical training program that is designed to technically develop the freshers. Future employees and freshers can participate in that program. Training covers all stages of project development through SDLC process. This training is helpfull for frershers and new employees to understand working style of project development, they can also decide which stage is suitable to their profile and start working on that particular stage.
Induction Program is a six month training program, in that future employees and freshers can participate. This training is desiged to overall development of freshers. At end of Induction Program test is conducted to check the participant capabilities, if student secured atleast 65% marks on different phases of test then he can joined our development team.
